Rent Our Hall!
Host your event at Post 419. The hall accommodates birthdays, receptions, meetings, fundraisers, and private gatherings. The space is flexible for small or large groups, with tables, seating, parking, and on-site amenities available.
Following Terms MUST be understood prior to starting the rental process:
Please check with the Hall/Events Coordinator for specifics on prices, eligibility, and availability. A formal Hall Rental Agreement will then be sent to the potential renter
Approval is necessary for affairs or functions that wish to prepare the facility prior to the function.
No additional alcoholic beverages, other than those purchased through the American Legion are allowed. In addition, all alcoholic beverages must be served by our personnel.
Security (if required) shall be provided only by the American Legion at our standard rate.
Deposit for Hall rental, Kitchen Fees and Open Bar Tab Dollar Limit are required at time of reservation for confirmation.
All potential renters will provide American Legion Post 419 with a Certificate of Insurance listing American Legion Post 419 as additionally insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00; The American Legion Post 419 will be named as Certificate Holder.
The potential renter will agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Legion Post 419 for ALL liability, including liability for negligence, including ordinary negligence, resulting from or arising out of the renters’ use of premises, including counsel fees, if any.
Absolutely NO drugs OR drug paraphernalia will be allowed on or about the premises. Violation of this condition will result in IMMEDIATE termination of the event and criminal prosecution.
An additional fee will be charged to the renter for any vehicle and/or equipment remaining on premises after the day of rental. There will be NO exceptions to this condition.
